If you subscribe to the Player 1 newsletter, we process the information necessary to manage your subscription and send you newsletters, including your email address and subscription status.

We use MailerLite as our newsletter service provider. MailerLite processes subscriber data on our behalf for the provision of its email marketing services.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Player 1 may use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the operation, security, and functionality of the website.

You can withdraw or change your consent through the cookie settings provided on the website.

6. Website Statistics

Player 1 uses Statify for basic website statistics.

8. External Websites and Services

Player 1 contains links to and may contain embedded content or functionality from third-party websites and services.

When you follow an external link or interact with a third-party service, that provider may process personal data according to its own privacy policy.

Player 1 does not control the privacy practices of third-party providers.

9. Service Providers

We may use third-party providers where necessary to operate and maintain Player 1, including providers for hosting, website infrastructure, security, newsletter delivery, technical services, and similar functions.

Where these providers process personal data on our behalf, we take the measures required by applicable data-protection law.

10. Sharing of Personal Data

We do not sell your personal data.

Personal data may be disclosed where necessary to provide requested services, operate the website, protect the website and its users, comply with legal obligations, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

11. International Data Transfers

Some third-party service providers may process data outside Germany or the European Economic Area.

Where personal data is transferred to a country outside the EEA, we rely on an applicable legal mechanism and appropriate safeguards where required by data-protection law.

12. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose or as required by applicable legal retention obligations.

Different types of information may therefore be retained for different periods.

13. Your Rights

Depending on the applicable legal requirements, you have the right to:

  • request access to your personal data;
  • request correction of inaccurate data;
  • request deletion of your data;
  • request restriction of processing;
